Neighborhood Community Development Fund

The Neighborhood Community Development Fund is a subsidiary of the Northside Leadership Conference. The Fund promotes community development on Pittsburgh’s Northside and throughout Allegheny County by:

• Providing financial products to encourage business expansion and job creation.
• Offering financial products and development services to stimulate entrepreneurship and encourage the development of women and minority-owned businesses.
• Leveraging resources for housing development to increase development capacity and production.
