North Side Leadership Conference

In the last year, the Department of Residential Development has experienced tremendous growth and expansion of its services. The residential development program is currently offering assistance to nine of the thirteen neighborhoods and has approximately fifteen projects in various stages of development. The Conference now has a Senior Project Manager, one full-time Project Manager, and a Real Estate Marketing Manager working under the supervision of the Director of Residential Development.

With all of the progress made this year, the Department of Residential Development looks forward to even greater accomplishments in the year to come. The Conference anticipates the construction start of two new projects, one in the community of Fineview and one in Troy Hill. The active marketing of all of our residential developments results in the attraction of new Northside homeowners, an expansion of the tax base, and improved housing conditions throughout our neighborhoods. By offering our member communities a diversified range of housing products, we continue to make the Northside a better place to live.
